1. Orders are delivered by a representative independent of Glock. The delivery representative is responsible for any issues arising from the delivery of orders to customers. We are not responsible after the order is handed over to the delivery representative, whether due to product damage or delivery delays caused by the shipping company.
2. Delivery time depends on the shipping company or delivery representative. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. The delivery representative or company will send a message to the recipient or customer when the product is ready for delivery. The customer then confirms their location to the delivery representative. Once the customer is ready to receive their order, the delivery representative will begin the process of receiving and delivering the order to the customer within the timeframe specified on the website or app during the ordering process.
3. We are not responsible if the customer is contacted by the delivery representative and does not respond. We are not responsible for delivery if the recipient does not respond to the delivery representative. The order can be collected from the branch within a maximum of three days from the time the order was prepared. 4- Delivery fees are determined based on the customer's location specified when ordering through the website or mobile application. Glock is not responsible if a different location is entered than the final delivery location. Glock reserves the right to cancel the delivery or charge the difference in delivery fees based on the actual delivery location.
5- If the product is returned to the branch by the delivery representative due to the recipient's failure to respond, the product cannot be redelivered. It can only be collected from the branch within 3 days.
