Terms of Sale and Refund
Please read these terms carefully. You must agree to these terms of sale before making any purchases through the website. We are committed to providing customers with clear information regarding their purchases on our online store.
By confirming your desire to purchase any product on the website, you confirm your agreement to the following policies and conditions:
1. We cannot guarantee that every product displayed on the website is available at the advertised price. We will make every effort to contact customers if a product is purchased that is no longer available at the listed price. The purchase will not be completed, nor will the amount due be deducted, until the customer agrees to the revised price.
2. We cannot guarantee that every item displayed on the website is available for delivery. We will contact customers who have ordered out-of-stock items, and the amount will not be charged.
3. We make every effort to provide clear and accurate details about the product. This includes, but is not limited to, where the product is available and the different options for the same product (shape, filling, etc.). We cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact product unless this is clearly stated in the product title. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of our product descriptions or images. If you find that the product does not match its description, image, or comments, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can resolve the issue.
4. By clicking the "Continue/Submit Order" button, customers agree to the terms of sale, the available price, the delivery date, and all policies stated on the website.
5. A notification with order details will be sent to the customer; this does not constitute acceptance of the order.
6. Customers will receive order status notifications during shipping and delivery. This confirms that the order has been accepted and is being processed at the prices available at the time of payment.
7. The customer will be notified if the order is rejected before delivery. The customer must notify GLÜCK if they wish to cancel the order. Once the order status changes to "Processing," it cannot be canceled or refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. However, order rejection on the website is often due to the following reasons: the ordered product is out of stock. The customer will be notified via email or phone if the product is unavailable, and the corresponding amount will not be charged. If the payment process fails for any reason, the customer will be notified, and the order will be canceled. If there is an error in the price, description, or content of the ordered product, the customer will be contacted to explain the discrepancy and confirm whether to complete or cancel the order. If the customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions, they will be notified, and the order will be canceled without charge.
8. We are not responsible for any delivery delays and cannot guarantee the processing time for the customer's payment.
9. These Terms of Sale are subject to change at any time and are effective at the time of the specified sale/purchase. Please read these Terms of Sale each time you wish to shop on our website. As with all our terms and conditions, these Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 10. No refunds will be issued once the order status changes to "Preparing."
11. If the customer wishes to cancel the order and receive a refund, and the order status is "Awaiting Review," the refunded amount will be credited to the customer's wallet and can be used for future orders on the website.
12. If the customer does not wish to retain the credit, the amount will be refunded to their bank account within 14 business days, after deducting all bank and administrative fees.
13. If the order status is "Processing," "Processed," "Delivering," "Delivered," or "Shipped," the order is non-refundable, and the store assumes no responsibility after the order has been delivered to the customer or the delivery person.
14. We are not responsible if your card details, username, or password are used by someone else because you shared them outside of our website, whether knowingly or unknowingly. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. 15. Customers are entitled to a refund if the order is damaged upon receipt from the branch. If the order is damaged upon receipt by the delivery representative, we are not responsible, and the responsibility lies with the shipping or delivery company.
16. The maximum delivery time is 3 days from the order preparation date. We are not responsible for delays in customer delivery and are not obligated to deliver the product or issue a refund after 3 days from the delivery date if the customer has not received their order within this period.
17. Customers are entitled to compensation if their claim is proven, provided that this is confirmed within 7 business days of the date of the problem. Compensation is payable within 6 months of the date of confirmation.
